Full replacement
Tear out the old slab, haul it away, and pour new concrete. It works — but it’s the most expensive, takes days, leaves a mismatched patch, and does nothing about the soil that sank the slab in the first place.
Mudjacking
The old-school lift: pump a heavy mud slurry under the slab through large holes to raise it. It’s cheaper than replacement, but the slurry is heavy (which can overload already-weak soil), can wash out over time, and the holes are big.
